Ross Mansoori-Dara was educated at Ampleforth College, Yorkshire and Downing College, Cambridge where he received a Masters in Law. He went on to qualify as a Barrister in the UK and also an Attorney in New York.

From 1987 to 1994 he practiced Corporate Finance Law for both Willkie Farr & Gallagher and Rogers & Wells, New York where he worked on deals in excess of $30 billion.

In 1994 he was a founder of a residential property business which became one of the premier niche residential development companies in the UK with over $1 billion worth of development under construction or in the pipeline in the UK. He is a founding partner working alongside Christopher Brown in establishing C Group with a focus on deal origination, branding, marketing and sales.

Christopher Brown was educated at Haileybury College and St Edmunds Hall, Oxford where he received anMA in Engineering Science. From 1985 to 2005 he established a construction and consultancy business focused on high end residential London property. In 2003 he founded a property development company Life Properties which developed award winning homes in the Home Counties.

He was an advisor to a Saudi PFO on acquisition and disposal in UK of over £40m commercial property and the development of £30m of prime London residential property. International advisory projects ranging from Theme Park in Italy, hospitality development in Eastern Europe and a $1.5 billion resort project in Turkey.

He has extensive experience over 30 years delivering residential projects in London / SE and Europe. He is a founding partner working alongside Ross Mansoori-Dara in establishing C Group with a focus on appraising new opportunities financial analysis and delivery.

James brings a strong track record of successfully growing, developing, and exiting businesses in dynamic property and hospitality industries. James has consistently built companies through business development strategy, substantial asset and portfolio management and real estate investment across a variety of asset classes. James has grown property businesses within the Co-Living, Agency and Development Consultancy sectors creating a portfolio of serviced co-living properties with  more than 100 key across 20 locations throughout London in 12 months, and sourcing, appraising and negotiating property development sites in excess of £200m GDV for clients.

Having previously worked as a Group Managing Director and founded his own property companies, an entrepreneurial mindset and excellent people engagement skills come to the fore where James is tasked by C Group to establish and grow their new asset management business, CG Asset Management and their operational platform, Planted Living as well as new businesses within alternative residential living asset classes.  

A commercial, business facing finance professional with 30 years experience in the Real Estate sector covering development, investment, asset management and fund management.

Graham’s most recent role was as Commercial Director for McLaren Property Limited, a property development and investment business formed in May 2010.  Graham joined McLaren from the inception of the business, initially as the Finance Director, then as Commercial Director. Prior to McLaren, Graham held various finance roles in two quoted property development and investment companies (Bredero Properties plc and Capital and Regional plc).

He has experience of setting up accounting functions to control and manage a property business, including for start ups. McLaren was a start up business and a new divisional accounting structure was implemented at Capital and Regional to support its asset management role following the establishment of its new Fund structures (The Junction Fund and the Mall Fund). He has also raised £1bn debt/forward funding finance, in different jurisdictions, covering a range of projects including central London residential, student accommodation and retail/leisure schemes.

James has over 20 years of experience in the property industry and brings a wealth of knowledge in the sales, lettings and property management sectors with a specific focus on the leasing and management of Private Rental Sector (PRS) and Build to Rent (BTR) schemes.

James started his career at Foxtons before moving on to Hamptons International where he managed large and successful leasing teams located across London. After leaving Hamptons, James set up and ran the leasing operation at Dolphin Square in SW1 on behalf of US investment firm Westbrook Partners, comprising over 1,200 rental apartments. James developed a bespoke marketing strategy and oversaw the successful lease up, achieving full occupancy exceeding the owner’s best-case targets.

Founder of a dynamic, boutique, delivery focused project management and quantity surveying consultancy based in London and delivering major projects throughout the UK and across Europe.

Established in 2007, Manny has have delivered major projects for clients ranging from private developers through to blue chip clients. Manny brings a wealth of experience in the management of major projects in the Residential, Hotel and Purpose Build Student accommodation sectors delivering projects with values in excess of £40m.

Manny works to build strong working relationships that go beyond the box ticking approach taken by other consultancies and believe in getting involved in the day to day detail and forging strong relationships with project teams.
